    Jan 17
    Snow Touch at ACC
    Sunday 17th Jan at 1pm we play Touch in the snow at ACC pitch, followed by Gluwein.


    March 13
    Valencia Tournament, Spain
    Valencia (Spain) Tournament with teams from France, Spain UK and Vienna! In the middle of the famous and crazy Fallas Festival.


    April 17
    F.I.T Level 1 Touch Refereee Course, Vienna
    Rob MacGregor from Touch Deutschland and F.I.T European Representative will run a Level 1 F.I.T Touch Referee course. Friday evening from 7pm is the Theory section, then comes a practical (field) session on the Saturday afternoon. Then on Sunday afternoon are games that the Referee participants will ref and Rob will give feedback on thier performance. Refs will need to practice thier new skills (e.g. in ATL, at trainings etc) and then eventually be assessed formally at a recognised Tournament to obtain thier Level 1 badge (if desired).


    April 24
    Vienna International Tournament
    12 Teams from all over Europe play a Mixed Tournament in Vienna. This is the 3rd International Tournament hosted by Vienna, with 10 teams competing in 2009, the winner being a team from Scotland. See the 2009 newspaper reports here and here. In 2010 we have 3 teams from Vienna. It will be held in Pukersdorf with 2 FIT marked fields.

    ATL - Austrian Touch Liga Begins
    The 2nd Austrian Touch Liga starts with 2 Division (Rookies/Beginners League & Competitive League) with 4 teams in each. Voralberg, ACC, Touch Rugby Vienna, and United Nations.


      May 23
      Austrian Mens & Womens Teams vs Germany in Munich
      An Austrian Mens and Austrian Womens team will travel to Munich on Pfingston Sunday to play German teams at the German National Training Camp. Costs will be kept low in order to get as many Austrian players there as possible to participate. We will only stay one night in Munich and go by Team Bus or by cars.


      July 22-25
      European Touch Championships (Euros), Bristol (UK)
      Teams from UK and mainland Europe, including invitational Teams from NZ and Australia, will participate in the biggest Northern Hemisphere Touch event of the year. Austria will send a mixed open Team, with selection being finalised in January. See a promotional video here.

Budapest Tournament - Central European Ashes

      Womens & Mens Teams Tournament (ACC)
      International tournament for Men and Womens teams held at ACC. Will provide good preparations for the 2011 World Cup Mens and Womens teams.


The biggest Touch event worldwide - with teams from all over the world competing. Austria aims to send a Mens Team and a Womens Team with training starting in 2010 already.
